As the leader of the expedition, Artur Hajzer, has said - summit attempts won’t be undertaken any more due to the fact that from today on there is supposed to be a windstorm and from tomorrow on snowfall. The expedition will start its return to Askole on March 19 or 20.

4 climbers: R.Szymczak, K.Starek, A.Sadpara, M.Kaczkan left c3 at 1 o'clock AM March 16. There was no visibility, minus 30 degrees Celsius and weak wind.

The entire assault group rests and gathers its strength for attack in camp III. Robert and Krzysztof still feel the effects of the last assault - today they have been slower than usual.

Weather forecasts made the expedition to accelerate their activities. Although the participants still feel in their muscles the last attack, they have to go up.

We have begun to bustle around another summit attempt. As far, we haven’t received any weather forecasts, but we’ve got a lot of optimism.

Today Jarosław Gawrysiak and Rafał Fronia have left the expedition. Both started a several day trekking, mostly via the Baltoro Glacier, to the village of Askole, from where they will be able to get to Skardu by jeep.
